John McCormack was my father’s favourite. My Dad had a wonderful tenor voice. Those of you who are studying this piece from the John Thompson Method will find that the voice enters in during that repeated “B” note section leading to the modulations.

Hello, Everyone-

     Welcome to our very own music blog.  I thought it would be fun -well, for me that is – to be able to communicate with everyone at once. And, you know those times when I say you’ve just got to see something or read something? Well, now I can just post it here for everyone.

     I thought I might be able to give you some encouragement between lessons and rehearsals with tips or advice.
